Assessment fee is $250.00. A drug screen is also conducted at the time of intake/assessment and you will be billed by Dominion Diagnostics for this service.
If you are unable to pay for services we will request you complete a financial assessment and return the required documents to us so we can work out a payment plan, or we suggest you return at a later date with payment. We accept Insurance and Medicaid and will bill for services.
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay and there is a discounted fee schedule available once financial packet is completed and qualification is determined.
